Steven is a qualified tax lawyer and expert. He has worked as a tax consultant for several years with world-renowned companies. He has practiced at PwC and Credit Suisse. In this context, he had the opportunity to develop his knowledge in the field of taxation of legal entities and individuals as well as in the field of restructuring and transfer of business.

Alain Bournoud
Consultant/Counsel
A qualified chartered accountant and certified auditor, Alain worked for 8 years at PwC, between Zurich and Geneva, including 5 years in auditing and 3 years in business transfers.
In this context, he has developed in-depth expertise in financial analysis, company valuation and support for divestment and acquisition operations.
He is also a lecturer at ExpertSuisse for the training of future chartered accountants, where he teaches the field of company valuations.
Alain holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor’s degree from HEC Lausanne.
